Total contract for the construction of a modular building in Tittutveien 11
The purpose of the acquisition is to establish modular housing in Tittutveien 11. As a result of the war in Ukraine and the increased need for housing for refugees, Boligbygg has been commissioned by Oslo municipality to arrange accommodation on this property. To meet the need, it is planned to build temporary housing based on prefabricated modules. The task for the contractor/module supplier includes prefabrication of residential modules in accordance with the competition basis, transport to the site, as well as assembly of a complete modular building. In addition, necessary groundwork on the property is included. The modules must be demountable and designed so that they can be easily moved to another location if necessary. The residential modules must be equipped with a salt roof to harmonize with the surrounding buildings. One or two independent buildings for technical rooms and stalls must also be delivered.
