Neustadt - general planning service for draft/submission planning, optional implementation/tender planning Information about the announcement: The subject of the tender is general planning services for the realization of a new maintenance location for rail vehicles at the Wiener Neustadt site. The project includes the construction of a maintenance hall with the necessary workshop, storage, office and social areas as well as adaptation and expansion of the associated track, infrastructure and outdoor facilities including all necessary supply and disposal facilities. The general planner takes over all planning, coordination and control services from the draft planning to the Commissioning and handover of the project. This includes, in particular, the design, submission and implementation planning, the preparation of tender and award documents, participation in award procedures, the coordination of all specialist planning Support with approval and authority procedures as well as technical support during execution. The scope of services includes all specialist disciplines required for project implementation, in particular architecture, structural planning, technical building equipment, railway and track system planning, traffic systems, outdoor facilities, surveying, geotechnics, fire protection, building physics, environmental planning, BIM coordination as well as cost, deadline and quality management. Planning services that come through Internal specialist services provided by the client must be coordinated by the general planner with regard to interfaces, dates, qualities and planning statuses and integrated into the overall planning as part of the general planning.
