Description:-The scope of the Works includes maintenance, repair, alterations and additions of Fire Services Installations in the venues of the Health Services Buildings in the Hong Kong Region and Outlying Islands. The Contract is scheduled to commence in October 2022 for expiry in September 2025.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Fire Services Installation (Group II)- or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Fire Services Installation (Group II)- who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
