Framework agreement for Pazmany Peter Catholic University, organization of official domestic and foreign travel, provision of travel servicessubject, in the net value of HUF 391, 000, 000, undertakes to draw 70% of the framework amount of the Framework Agreement (to order travel arrangements). With regard to the remaining 30% of the total amount, the Bidder does not undertake to place an order, for this amount the Winning Bidderdue to the lack of orders, he cannot make a claim against the Bidder. Exercising the option does not constitute a contract amendment.
