Scope of the subject of the order: a) The subject of the order are individual transport services for persons, including disabled persons, each time from the person's place of residence in the City of Jastrbie-Zdroj to the headquarters of the Day Care Home in Jastrbie-Zdroj at ul. Wrzosowa 4-8-12 and back. By: applies there will be an average of 18 participants of the Day Care Center from the area of ​​the city of Jastrzbie-Zdrj.b) The expected total number of kilometers during the term of the contract: 14, 064 kilometers.c) The detailed scope of the service provided is specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.d) The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce and/or increasing the total number of people and the number of kilometers - within the amount that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance the order, therefore the given quantitative data are not intended for the Ordering Party, with the reservation that the minimum number of kilometers will be 5, 000 km. In such a case, the Contractor will not shall be entitled to no claims, including payment of compensation for reducing and/or increasing the scope of the subject of the order.
