INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
Eligibility of Tenderer : Must have proven qualification/ability and experience of Transport Machine/Parts and Goods using Covered Van. Tenderers must have the legal and financial capacity/ability to enter into the contract. In support of eligibility, the Tenderers has to submit valid trade license, tax identification number/latest payment receipt (TIN), VAT registration, financial soundness certificates etc.
Brief Description of Goods or Works : Transport of EVM machine/parts and products in hard plastic boxes/paper carton by covered van to different districts and Upazilas.
Brief Description of Related Services : Transport of EVM Machine/Parts and Goods, provide labours for loading and unloading of the Machine/Goods both in receiving and delivery point (From selective District and Upazilla/Thana Election offices to BMTF Warehouse Gazipur, Rajendrapur and sometimes from BMTF to selective District Upazilla/Thana Election offices).
