Tender Details

The anticipated contract shall provide non-personal services in support of united states air force europe (usafe). The contractor will perform transient alert (ta) services at the following locations: 1) ramstein ab, 2) spangdahlem ab in germany, 3) raf lakenheath, and 4) raf mildenhall, united kingdom. Services shall include but are not limited to: management control, arrival services, replenishing/inspection services, departure services, emergency services and special event/exercise services.
Offerors must provide a firm fixed price (ffp) proposal in accordance with the contract line item numbers (clins) on the sf 1449 continuation sheet, except that no prices should be entered for not separately priced clin 0001.
The anticipated period of performance is 1 july 2019 to 30 june 2020 (including a 2-month phase-in period) with four 1-year options. The north american industry classification system (naics) code proposed for this requirement is 488119, other airport operaitons. There is no small business sized standard associated with this requirement as far 19.1 does not apply outside the united states or it's outlying areas.
The closing date/time for submission of proposals is 3 december 2018, 0700 central european time (cet). Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained within the attached solicitation.
