Purpose and Objectives:
VISN 10, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, is issuing a notice of intent to pursue a non-competitive procurement with Exact Imaging, Large Business, for transductor maintenance at Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center. Exact Imaging has met the suitability criteria, as determined in accordance 41 USC 1901, is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), and the anticipated contract action is hereby publicized in accordance with FAR 5.101 and 5.203.
The purpose of this notification is to communicate the Governments intent to solicit and award a non-competitive procurement for Indianapolis transductor maintenance for the VAMC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL OR COST PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.
The VAMC requires a base year and no option years.
