The city of Lieto requests bids for the delivery of a tractor for technical work in accordance with this request for bids and the documents attached to it. The acquisition includes one new tractor with a front loader. The tractor is mainly used for streets, fields, parks and courtyards all year round treatment. • The tractor must be a registered and inspected Stage 5 emission level tractor. • The tractor and its equipment must be CE approved. • The front loader is included in the delivery. Unconditional technical requirements have been set for the tractor, which are detailed in Appendix 1 Requirements. Completed appendix must be attached to the offer in the place assigned to it in the Offer Service. • The delivery must include a one-day user training at the customer's premises (on a different day than the delivery). • Finnish user manuals for the tractor must be delivered with the delivery. • The tractor must be delivered by October 2026 by the end. The tractor will be purchased within the budget. The comparison price consists of the price of the new tractor, for which the replacement machine has been credited (Request for Tenders section 2 Exchange machine).
