Tender Details

The object of procurement is cleaning machines suitable for professional use, vacuum cleaners, combination machines, floor care machines, robots and cleaning trolleys. The number of pieces presented in the requirements are estimates of the need occurring during commissioning, the estimates are not for the order binding and not limiting the order quantity of devices. A framework arrangement of four (4) years will be established as joint procurement. The procurement is divided into seven (7) sub-areas. The basis for decision-making is overall economic affordability. Overall the cheapest is the offer with the lowest price. For sub-areas 1-5, three (3) service providers will be selected in order of priority. The basis of comparison is overall economic affordability. The tenderer can submit sub-bids within the sub-area in sub-areas 6 and 7. The tenderer does not have to offer all the items in the sub-offer area in order to participate in the tender. The comparison of offers is carried out within these sub-areas on a site-by-site basis. Three (3) service providers are selected for each site in order of priority. The basis of comparison is overall economic affordability. If no offers are received for an object, the object is left out of the comparison.
