Total undertaking Demolition of Algrøy and Blomvåg school The work must be carried out as a turnkey contract according to NS 8407:2011 General contract provisions for turnkey contracts. There are two schools to be demolished, Algrøy and Blomvåg school. Two must be delivered progress plans that involve parallel operation/implementation. All machines and vehicles to be used must be operated electrically or with biogas. Inspection and information meeting: The inspection will be on Friday 19 June at 10.00. It will be possible to ask questions about the eyesight. Questions and answers given during the inspection are recorded and published in the competition via Mercell. We start/attend at Algrøy School and continue to Blomvåg afterwards. Registration for the visual experience must be done before 18 June in Mercell. The contract work includes the following: Algrøy school: The old part of Algrøy school is to be renovated and demolished. The part of the building in question to be demolished was built in 1954 and represents the oldest part of the school. The extent of the demolition, including demolition cuts and demarcation of the measure, is shown by the attached map sketch. Cowi has prepared an environmental remediation report for parts of the building that are to be demolished. This is used as the basis for the assignment. The report is only indicative, the contractor bears all responsibility for deviations between the report and actual quantities and deviations do not give the contractor any right to a remuneration adjustment or deadline extension.
