Total advice regarding renovation of windows, facade and basement as well as densification of new roof dwellings
The tender is carried out as a limited EU tender according to §§ 58-60 of the Tender Act. This means that companies must apply to be selected to submit offers (pre-qualified). AAB will select 5 companies to submit offers.
The tenderer should therefore ensure that the tender is designed in such a way that the contract can be entered into without negotiations and without prior discussions between AAB and the tenderer.

The tender relates to the purchase of total consultant services for AAB dept. 25 (the Department) in connection with the implementation of a renovation project and a densification project. AAB dept. 25, was built in 1925 and consists of two buildings with a total of 258 homes located at Genforeningspladsen 49-51, 2400 Copenhagen NV.
