The holder's mission is to provide the buyer with assistance for topographical work services linked to building, road and town planning projects. He will be able to carry out, in a non-exhaustive manner, the following missions: - Lifting or updates of base plans at 1/500th and 1/200th - The establishment or updating of base plans by photogrammetry at 1/500th and 1/200th in Autocad format (latest version) - The establishment of a digital terrain model in Autocad format (3D Faces resulting from a Delaunay triangulation and supported on break lines, level curves) marked in X, Y and Z - The calibration leveling using GPS - Participation in contradictory demarcation meetings in place of the buyer - Realization plot divisions and related procedures with state services
