Syria Street Tunnel / near the Directorate of Education / It contains /12/ stores numbered from 1 to 12. Al-Orouba Street Tunnel contains 14 warehouses numbered from 23 to 36. The investor can enter the auction for one or more tunnels, provided that he pays the initial deposits for each tunnel. Bidding takes place in the City Hall meeting room At twelve o'clock on Thursday, 7/23/2026 The investment period is ten years. Requests to participate in the auction will be accepted until twelve o-clock of the auction session, accompanied by temporary deposits of 100, 000 SYP only, one hundred thousand new Syrian pounds for each tunnel.
