Specifications:
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES PLAN SCOPE
1. A Preventive Maintenance shall performed quartery for the selected Desktop/Laptop Computer and its components, UPS, Scanner/Printers, Network Infrastructure and Data Center Cooling Temperature. It shall cover the following activities which shall be accompanied by a Preventive Maintenance Report:
1.1 Physical checkup / diagnose of computer hardware, recommend hardware replacement/Upgrading if necessary and should be provided with separate quote on hardware cost and steps necessary to implement it. Hardware replacement for units with unexpired warranty will be on a separate charge and recommendation for PMS, replacement of computer parts and network peripherals, upgrading should be approved by IT officer.
1.2 External cleaning and Internal cleaning of computer components (Cleaning of: System Unit, Monitor, Mouse and Keyboard)
1.3 Update Malware, Virus, Spyware, Adware removal software. If no Antivirus installed, install a free license Antivirus
1.4 Provide services and support to ensure trouble free availability of network facilities to users:- Installing Necessary equipment to connect computers on LAN; Repair and Replace faulty LAN Cables/Wireless Adapter
1.5 Maintain the cooling temperature on the Data Center.
2. Preventive Maintenance shall be done outside normal working hours on agreed evening or weekend days or at computer service center at no additional cost.
3. After every Preventive Maintenance, job card will be signed by the user/IT officer and a copies wiill be submitted to DSWD, attached or posted on serviced unit.
4.Service Provider to arrange for all the required tools to carry out the preventive Maintenance Services, transportation, labour and tax will be included on the quotation
