A dynamic purchasing system to ensure the supply of tires in the form of individual Calls, the output of which will always be a separate purchase contract with one DNS participant of the further specified subject of performance, according to the needs of the contracting authority. Through DNS they will implemented Challenges separately for two basic tire categories: Category No. 1 - Tires for passenger, utility and off-road vehicles (up to 3.5t) Category No. 2 - Tires for truck, agricultural, forestry and other machinery Part of each Challenge can be required by the contracting authority not only to supply tires, but also, according to current needs, also free of charge protocolized take-back and ecological disposal of used tires.
