We are asking for a quote for the renovation of the balconies and corridors of the Tiklinkuja 3 property owned by Espoo Asunnot Oy. Tiklinkuja 3, located in Lintuvaara, Espoo, was built in 1993. The property consists of seven one- or two-story terraced and from luhti houses. The facades consist of reinforced concrete sandwich elements, the outer surfaces of which have a brick tile surface. The apartments have separate balconies made of concrete, which are supported by brick walls. The entrances to the two-story building have concrete-built ventilation corridors supported on separate curtain walls and the exterior walls of the building. The repair work is aimed at the property's two-story log cabins. Repairing the top and bottom of the building's balcony and corridor tiles and staircases vertical surfaces are sandblasted or mechanically sanded, individual concrete damages are repaired and the cleaned surfaces are over-levelled.
