Ticket and payment system Region Jämtland Härjedalen intends, as a procuring authority, to procure central systems for ticket processing for travel in public transport in the region Jämtland Härjedalen and region Västernorrland, equipment for ticket handling and customer-facing systems. The procurement refers to an overall solution for ticketing systems and includes all components including hardware, software, licenses, implementation and associated sales channels such as web sales and travel planning, on-board sales, agent sales, school tickets and mobile app for ticket sales, travel planning and traveler information. The procurement also includes associated services for remedial and preventive maintenance and support. The provision of the central system is an overall responsibility where the Supplier is responsible for having the overall and complete responsibility for the delivery of the IT support. Overall responsibility includes necessary integrations with surrounding systems. The IT support must be suitable for or without adaptations meet at all times applicable laws, regulations and provisions for the public transport ticketing industry in accordance with the procurement documents.
