main features :
supplies to be delivered under the framework agreement are described in the cctp and in each of the bpus specific to each lot.
amount or extent:
the master agreement shall take effect from the date of notification for a period of 24 firm months. The maximum delivery time is indicated in cthe deadline for the validity of tenders is 6 months from the deadline for submission of tenders. The framework agreement sets out all the contractual stipulations, it is executed as and when required. Of the issuance of purchase orders under the conditions laid down in article 80 of the decree.
