This consultation concerns the general bookshop of the Overseas Pavilion stand, Overseas Department / Overseas Department, for the 2020 edition of the Salon du livre held at the Porte de Versailles, from Friday, March 20 to Monday, March 23, 2020 (inaugural evening on ThursdayMarch 19, 2020). The bookshop has an area of at least 35 m in the stand "Overseas Pavilion", Ministry of Overseas / Directorate General Overseas, provision free of charge. An additional space is likely to be granted; it will be primarily dedicatedthe value of ultra-marine publishers not present on the stand The incumbent undertakes to perform the following missions: • Ensure the equal representation of books and journals from the three major basins of French overseas territories: Indian Ocean (Reunion, Mayotte and the TFrance and the Atlantic Ocean (Guadeloupe, Guiana, Martinique, Saint-Barthlemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon) and the Pacific Ocean (New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis-and -Futuna); • Participate in the development of overseas territories byoffering books in the following categories: Fine books, heritage, architecture, gastronomy, tourist guides, novels, humanities, comics, youth ... • Proceed to the order, the reception and the sale on the stand Overseas Pavilion books and / or journals listed in the note of intent; • The bookstore should also represent the structures involved in the promotion of ultra-marine writers (authored publications, community services), within the framework of a specific contractual agreement which provides for therouting and return conditions for the structures concerned, at the expense of the structures concerned, and the commercial conditions for the sale of the works; • Propose and organize actions to promote the works presented; • Ensure the sale of the works throughout the duration of the eventement. Before the event: • Participate in the consultation process set up by the Ministry for the programming and animation of the stand "Pavillon des Outre-Mer"; • Participate in the reflection of the services of the Ministry of Overseas / Overseas Department for Designstand. At the end of the 2020 book fair: • Send to the Ministry of the French Overseas Territories / Overseas Department all the balance sheet items relating to the holding of the general bookstore at the "Pavillon des Overseas" stand at the latest April 23, 2020. The permanent presence of a referent of thethe remainder of the show, including the opening night, is required. A punctual presence can be requested during the days dedicated to the physical installation of stands starting from March 18, 2020.
