third-party carbon services
the city of calgary ("the city") is seeking up to five (5) qualified consulting firms to create a single pre-qualified list of firms to be engaged on an as required basis for third-party carbon services.
the city requires firms that have expertise and experience in three (3) primary service areas:
compliance report verifications;
carbon offset verifications; and
technology validations.
other foreseeable services required may include: carbon management, market intelligence, greenhouse gas inventories, offset project documentation and development, and general carbon consulting services.
those selected proponents as a result of this rfso will be requested to competitively bid on work as it becomes available through a second-stage competitive bid process.
