1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment consisting in carrying out thermal modernization works of the clinic building in Srock, belonging to the Municipal Health Protection Complex in Moszczenica, in the design and build formula. Scope of investment: 1) insulation of the flat roof, 2) insulation of external walls, 3) replacement of external windows, 4) replacement of external doors, 5) modernization of the central heating installation with the use of a renewable heat source, i.e. an air-water compressor heat pump driven by electricity, 6) modernization of the domestic hot water installation using a renewable heat source, i.e. an air-water compressor heat pump powered by electricity7) modernization of the built-in lighting installation, 8) use of a photovoltaic installation. The subject of the order is described in detail remained in SWZ PART II Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter: OPZ). The subject of the order will be carried out in an active public utility facility SPZOZ (active Care and Treatment Facility, hereinafter referred to as ZOL), and all work should be performed in a way that does not pose a threat to people staying in the facility.
