Tender Details

The Windward Islands Research and Education Foundation (WINDREF) is seeking to prequalify contractors for the construction phase of the Telescope's Living Shoreline (TLS) Project. The project focuses on implementing shoreline stabilization measures in Telescope, on the shores of Little Bay, within the Grenville Bay Area (GBA). The works will impact approximately 550m of shoreline and include construction activities in the coastal and marine environment, construction of armor stone structures, excavation works, creation of temporary access roads, and quality control of materials. Prequalification will be conducted according to the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act (2014) and Regulations (2015) of Grenada, and is open to all bidders, including joint ventures. Requirements include a minimum average annual turnover of EC$5.4 million, demonstrable cash flow of EC$1.1 million, and experience as a prime contractor in similar projects.
