The University wishes to establish a service market in order to retain a single approved body in charge of carrying out regulatory controls on the technical installations and equipment of the University of Luxembourg. The expected benefits by the University are as follows: - Identify a single contact, - Use a single approved organization, - Have a single schedule of periodic controls in the same format, - Have a better overview of the non-conformities of the different buildings. By this Call for Tenders, the University of Luxembourg aims to conclude a service contract, fixed for one (1) year, renewable three (3) times one (1) year (1 + 1 + 1 + 1) upon notice, in order to retain a holder recognized for his expertise in the field of periodic regulatory controls of technical installations and equipment of the University of Luxembourg. The market includes a single lot, made up of the following areas: • Area No. 1: Belval Campus - Periodic controls of installations and technical equipment • Area no. 2: Kirchberg campus - Periodic checks of installations and technical equipment • Area no. 3: Limpertsberg and Clausen campus - Periodic checks of installations and technical equipment technical equipment • Domain no. 4: Periodic inspection management tool • Domain no. 5: Additional services RFP 260014 - SERVICE CONTRACT FOR REGULATORY PERIODIC CONTROLS OF TECHNICAL FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
