The Tobago Tourism Agency Limited invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced firms for the provision of Marketing Representation Services. The successful service provider(s) will be required to support Tobago's visibility, market positioning, travel trade engagement, media and public relations activity, market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, destination promotion, and approved source-market initiatives. The procurement is structured into two Lots: Lot 1 for the North American Market (United States of America and Canada) and Lot 2 for the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland Market. Proponents may submit a proposal for one Lot or for both Lots. Evaluation and award shall be conducted by Lot. The proposed contract term is for one year from the commencement date, with the possibility of extension or renewal subject to performance, funding, approvals and TTAL's requirements.
