2026/1050 - LOT 1 - Fresh fish - sea/freshwater (whole, filleted, etc.) 2026/1050 - LOT 2 - Crustaceans, molluscs and shellfish - fresh, live or chilled 2026/1050 - LOT 3 - Frozen, smoked, marinated and processed fish This market takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders with revisable unit prices on the purchase order. Its purpose is to supply fish, crustaceans, molluscs and seafood products (fresh, frozen, smoked and processed) on behalf of the Commission. French Community, intended for all educational establishments of the French Community Commission listed in article 4.2 of this CSC. The products ordered serve a dual purpose: • Educational: support materials courses for teaching fishmongering techniques (filleting, dressing, scaling), conservation, cooking of seafood and species recognition, more particularly in the kitchen and restaurant application sections of the Émile Gryzon and Roger Lambion Institutes. In this educational framework, certain orders may take the form of baskets individualized by class or by teacher, distinctly identified upon delivery; • Operational: supply regular use of the training restaurants and collective catering services of the beneficiary establishments.
