This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supply and delivery of Flake Calcium Chloride, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A). It is GOS-s intention to enter into an Agreement with one (1) Proponent. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year starting June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with an option in favour of GOS to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
