The successful service provider will be required to perform routine scheduled preventative maintenance of the electricity-powered generators for a period of three years, at the NHT's corporate and regional offices islandwide. The firm will be required to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of the emergency generators and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), conduct load bank testing to verify generator capacity and performance, provide emergency response services to address system failures or malfunctions, replace defective components, including but not limited to filters, fuel injectors, battery systems, and control panels, comply with manufacturer-recommended servicing schedules to prevent premature failures, and document and report all maintenance activities, test results, and recommendations for system improvements.
