The subject of this tender procedure is to select a contractor for mechanical and electrical works covering the furnace head (e.g. 316 BD 05), cooler fan system and electrostatic precipitator (318 ES 04) as part of the planned renovation shutdown WTA 2027 (Department / Technological line - Dry Furnace and Electrostatic Filter). 1. The subject of this tender procedure is to select a contractor for the task of performing mechanical and electrical works covering the head furnace (e.g. 316 BD 05), cooler fan system and electrostatic precipitator (318 ES 04) as part of the planned WTA 2027 overhaul shutdown (Department / Process line - Dry Furnace and Electrostatic Precipitator). Detailed list of works, equipment and calculation man-hours are included in the attached bill of quantities. Place of work: Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy.2. Conditions of Implementation Implementation date: January - February 2027 (according to the detailed WTA 2027 schedule, the exact dates will be confirmed at the order stage). For the duration of the work, the Contractor is obliged to fully and professionally secure cable routes, electrical networks and automation in the area of ​​its operations.⚡ Special occupational health and safety requirements / MSR Zone (Places Particular Risk): Due to the fact that the work area includes MSR zones (furnace, electrostatic precipitator), the Contractor's staff must strictly comply with the stricter Holcim safety requirements. It is required to use certified protective clothing in accordance with standards: EN ISO 20471 (high-visibility clothing), EN ISO 11612 (flame-retardant clothing), EN 1149-5 (anti-electrostatic properties) and EN 61482-2 (protection against electric arc if it concerns electrical works).
