Description: The subject is the subject of the contract promoted by the Local Audiovisual Network, SL of the maintenance service, in annual service mode, hosting and licenses of the proactive platform of the XAL. The contractor will provide, in service mode: 1 license of the proactive platform (annual license) with hosting included. 1 Remote control license for a simultaneous technician (annual license). Discovery & Management Module License ACTIVE MANAGEMENT (Module Inventory, Billing for quarterly variable consumption). Delk Service Module License (ticket module, quarterly variable consumption billing). The contractor must 'update, at the request of the XAL, any of the graduated modules, in the case of publication of new versions. You will also have to attend any questions or incidence regarding the platform. Specifically, all the services, provisions and supplies that are necessary for the total and complete execution of the contract in the detailed terms will be included, until the opposite is specified in this technical prescriptions.
