The service of performing technical inspections, maintenance activities and removing failures of fire protection devices in the buildings of the Warsaw University of Technology in Warsaw 1. The subject of the order is: 1) performing technical inspections and activities maintenance of fire protection equipment such as: a) fire alarm systems, b) SecoLog fire protection system visualization system, c) voice warning system, d) staircase smoke extraction systems and preventive devices smoke, 2) removal of any defect resulting from the failure of fire-fighting devices, installed in indicated facilities of the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT). 2. Scope of tasks and work within the scope of the services in question, locations and detailed requirements regarding the provision of services, the frequency of provision of the services covered by the order is specified in the description of the subject of the order (hereinafter "OPZ") constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in draft provisions of the public procurement contract (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. This Annex also contains, in application to the content of Art. 455 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the scope and nature and conditions for introducing significant changes contract concluded as a result of the proceedings in question. 1.
