The RISE Project aims to strengthen access to inclusive, quality, and market-oriented social and economic services through Social Development Centres (SDCs) across Lebanon, focusing on employability, skills development, and pathways to decent work for vulnerable populations. ICU intends to establish a Framework Agreement (FWA) for vocational training services covering 8 thematic curricula. The maximum estimated total financial value for this FWA procedure is 85, 000 USD, with unit prices for courses ranging from 1, 500 USD to 2, 900 USD. The Framework Agreement will have a duration of 5 months (October 2026 - February 2027), extendable by mutual agreement.
