The purpose of this set of particular administrative clauses is to define the administrative and economic conditions that will govern the competition for the contracting of a foreign prevention service (SPA) to a specialized and accredited prevention company, in accordance with section c) of article 14.1 of law 34/2008, of 18 December, on safety and health at work, in order to ensure and guarantee continuity and improvement in the implementation of prevention and protection policies in the Common d-Encamp.-The purpose of this competition is to ensure continuity and improvement for the specialties of safety at work, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and applied psychosociology and health monitoring, as well as the realization of plans self-protection, emergency plans and/or evacuation plans and drills, in accordance with current regulations.
