The purpose of this set of particular administrative clauses is to define the administrative and economic conditions that will govern the tender for the works to improve the air conditioning of the Encamp Sports and Sociocultural Complex PB-379/26.--Given the complexity of the work and the need to develop the work in phases, it has been established to carry out the action on a multi-year basis in accordance with the following phases:- -Phase 1.2 (2026)-The corresponding works are to - execute the entire main installation hydraulic, cold and hot, between roof and ground floor to supply all the thermal equipment. Resources will be focused on solving the air conditioning: of the Multipurpose Room with a new air treatment equipment and a renewed ventilation network, Room of gym making it independent of the current installation with (existing) air handling equipment. Both will be able to select cold or heat, independently, even the multipurpose room can have independent temperature management when partition the space for different sports. - To carry out the control, a centralized control system BMS with KNX protocol is planned that will manage the temperature requirements of each room with temperature, CO2 and humidity quality probes. -It's covered will create a technical room to protect the electrical and hydraulic equipment from inclement weather. - All the electrical work necessary to power the new equipment up to the roof will also be carried out. --Phase...
