The purpose of this contract is the service of cleaning, disinfection, disinfestation, pest control and removal of belongings and linen from the residential modules of the CETI of Ceuta, at Ctra. Jaral s/n, 51003 Ceuta. The dependencies that are included in the object of this contract are detailed in detailed form in the Technical Prescription Document. For the correct functioning of the center and the adequate provision of the services offered, it is necessary to have a comprehensive cleaning service throughout the Center that allows: ✓ Guarantee hygiene and public health, avoiding the spread of microorganisms pathogens. ✓ Control and eradicate pests (rodents, insects, etc.…) that may compromise the food and health security. ✓ Comply with safety and occupational health regulations and health in use facilities collective. ✓ Maintain a clean and safe environment. ✓ Preserve facilities and material assets, avoiding deterioration due to accumulation of dirt or presence of pests.
