The purpose of this call for tenders is a single-award framework contract over two (2) years, extendable by one (1) year. The purpose of the contract is to carry out small civil engineering works within the high voltage (HT) transformer stations of Creos Luxembourg, at inside buildings as well as outside and around them. These are one-off and targeted interventions: local repairs and repairs (concrete, masonry, slabs, gutters), stabilization of soils and embankments, small foundations and anchors. (metal structures), drainage, management of damp points, limited demolitions with controlled evacuation, repairs to seals, repairs to edges and coverings. The market is based on purchase orders, intended to avoid the launch of a procedure for each intervention; the amount per operation remains limited (order of magnitude: = €80, 000.00). prices are unitary, supplemented by management positions (labor, machinery, supplies) to cover unforeseen events measured in reality. the scope operates in a demanding ht environment: the company complies with applicable hse rules and site-specific access procedures. the market is not a penalty contract; however, the successful bidder undertakes to have a quick scoping meeting after request, then a start within deadlines compatible with the nature of the work. when necessary, simple calculation notes can be provided by the company or validated by a design office mandated by the project owner. cre_2026_035 small civil engineering works in high voltage transformer stations
