The order includes the purchase of a transport boat intended for refueling, collecting waste from ships, ports, marines, housebots and yachts, the purchase of a rescue kit, the purchase of a working platform and a working crane, and the purchase of specialized tools.

1. The subject of the order is:

a) delivery of the boattransport intended for refueling, collecting waste from ships, ports, marines, housebots and yachts.

b) delivery of a rescue kit intended to provide assistance to people on the yacht - the kit should include specialized elements intended for towing the boat.

c) dosdeck and assembly of a working platform and a working crane intended for transporting company employees to the yacht as part of technical and servicing, as well as for removing heavy elements from the vessel.

d) delivery of specialized tools for repairing sudden breakdowns of yachtsin (e.g. in the event of engine or control system failure).

2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the Description of the subject of the order [hereinafter referred to as OPZ] constituting Annex No. 9.

3. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment isobligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the order.
