The Object of the Present Tender Is the Contracting of the Advanced Electronic Signature Service, Use of Licenses, the Incorporation of an API Service (Application Programming Interface) and a Digital Certificate Manager for the Bosch and Gimpera Foundation. The Foundation Requires A Digital Signature Service That Allows Documents To Be Signed, With Which The Authenticity, Security And Integrity Of The Documents Can Be Guaranteed And Accredited. By means of this service, it is sought to send and receive signed files Electronically Easy, Legal and Safe. Electronically Signed Documents Will Have Full Legal Security, Facilitating Their Management, And In Which No Type Of Specific Application Will Be Needed But Only The Person To Sign. Likewise, The Electronic Signature Service Object of the Contract Must Incorporate an API (Application Programming Interface) That Allows Direct Integration with the Corporate Information Systems of the Bosch I Gimpera Foundation, with the Purpose of Managing Automated and secure process of electronic signature of documents. The electronic signature service that is the object of the contract will have to incorporate a digital certificate use manager in remote signature mode, which will allow monitoring, Control And Audits Of Electronic Signatures.
