The new premises of the KSÚS and CMS directorate in Říčany near Prague The subject of the order is the construction of a new site for the directorate and operational travel management. The complex includes the new administrative building of the KSÚS directorate, as well as the operational part of the complex, which is partly intended for rent to those performing routine road maintenance. The operational part of the site will include - administrative building, salt halls, tempered garages, workshops, warehouses, brine equipment, car wash. Furthermore, there are planned space reserves for a shelter enabling recharging carts, gas station, storage boxes for inert materials. The area also includes paved asphalt areas, parking areas, gentle treatment of rain and salt water, preparation for solar panels. The area will be heated using geothermal deep water of wells for the earth-water TČ system. The wells have already been realized. As part of the contract, we are also requesting a subsidy for fast charging stations for OA listed by the Ministry of Transport. The building permit for the construction of the area took effect on 22 May 2025. Gradual completion is assumed of individual buildings in the area, their handover and acceptance by the Client and thus the gradual approval. The priority in determining the construction progress is the Administrative Building of the KSÚS Directorate.
