The United States Agency for International Development-s Mission in USAID/Timor-Leste (USAID/Timor-Leste) is in the process of gathering information to support the design of the Healthy Ocean, Protected Environment (HOPE) for a Resilient Community Activity. This Notice is issued in support of market research and information gathering for the new design and procurement. In particular, this notice intends to:
Offer an opportunity for interested individuals and organizations to provide feedback on the attached draft statement of work (SOW). Seek responses to the following questions. Upon reviewing the attached draft SOW, how likely will your organization submit the proposal as a prime offeror in response to the solicitation to be issued at a later date. If you plan to respond to the full solicitation, please include self/organizational information including capabilities and past experiences working on similar activities. What additional information, if any, would you recommend be included in the final SOW that will be useful for prospective Offerors in deciding to compete or in preparing proposals? Response Submission Guidelines:
