North Karelia's procurement agency requests to give an offer to Joensuu city's urban construction services for the Ylisoutajan bridge repair work. The project includes e.g. the following repairs:- renewing the seal of the access hatch in the machine room of the turning center, sealing the frame of the hatch with rubber bitumen and improving the fixing of the hatch closure - dismantling the thermal insulation of the floor, the lower part of the walls and the area around the hatch in the machine room of the turning center, removal of the surface treatments of the lower part of the engine compartment by jet cleaning or mechanical wire brushing and re-surface treatment, installation of new polyurethane insulation in place of the removed ones - cleaning the inside of the T1 equipment compartment and closing the penetrations, removal of dents and water runoff marks on the outside, anti-ding coating of concrete surfaces on the outside, shaping of the inclinations of the bearing surfaces and renovation of the drainage at both end supports - removal of the wooden slats and overhead wires of the railings as elements for surface treatment, protecting the upper ends of the slats with tin hats - fixing the detached upper parts of the handrail handrail back with glue and screws, local renewals of the handrail handrail at damaged points, rotting and collision-damaged renewal of part of the estuary bar, removal of the estuary bars due to paving work and re-installation of the cover of the bridge and end support T1, making rubber bituminous joints between the pavement and edge beams and equipment...
