The Defense (FSV) needs to train airline crew and certain categories of passengers in emergency procedures by accidental landing on water. In this connection, there is a need for the implementation of courses that ensure that such education can be completed with a high degree of realism combined highest degree of security.
For helicopters, the courses are referred to as Helicopter Underwater Training (Huet) (1- and 2-Day) and for light propeller aircraft like T-17 Underwater Escape Traning (T-17 Uet) (1-day). In order to secure the highest degree of security and still the development of the courses are purchased Furthermore Instructor seminars (2-day).
The supplier must contribute facilities as well as instructors, divers and technicians supplemented by the defense's own Instructors, technicians and equipment. Furthermore, the supplier must provide lodging (single room at 2-day courses) and catering for the participants by Completion of the courses.
