The subject of this tender is the upgrading and embellishment of a site in Ġnien iċ-Ċagħaq, Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq, consisting of: A) Site Clearance works B) Excavation works C) Civil works D) Construction of new paths. E) Construction of sanitary facilities F) Finishes works G) Installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services H) Installation of street furniture I) Installation of outdoor play equipment J) Planting of indigenous trees K) Maintenance services The place of acceptance of the works shall be public space used as a public garden known as Gnien ic-Caghaq, Xatt il-Palm, Bahar ic-Caghaq, Naxar Malta, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be thirty-six (36) calendar weeks from the Commencement Date, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
