Tender are invited for TENDER NOTICE Tender for the Provision of Security Services for the Government Supply Warehouse The Ministry of Commerce, International Trade, Investment, Enterprise Development and Consumer Affairs is inviting tenders for the provision of security services for the Government Supply Warehouse located at Faux A Chaux, for a two (2) year period from May 01. 2021 to April 30, 2023. The coverage required is as follows: A. QUANTITY Two (2) guards to secure the GOvernment Supply Warehouse including the compound.When the need arises, an additional guard may be required to provide coverage. Two (2) armed guards and an armored vehicle ton transport cash from the Warehouse to the Bank. B. HOURS OF WORK Sixteen (1) hours of coverage is required on weekdays. One guard at 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and the other from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Twentyfour (24) hours of coverage is required on weekends and public holidays. Two (2) armed guards and an armored vehicle every week from Monday to Friday except on holidays. The details of the pickup and transfer of cash will be communicated to the successful Provider. C. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES In the event of any security breach, the management of the successful provider is required to submit a comprehensive report to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce, International Trade, Investment, Enterprise Development and Consumer Affairs within twenty-four (24) hours of the inciden...
