REVIEW AND REVISION OF EFL-S FINANCE POLICY AND PROCEDURES
Energy Fiji Limited (EFL), Fiji-s national electricity utility and a state-owned enterprise, is inviting proposals from internationally recognized consultancy or audit firms to conduct a comprehensive review and revision of EFL-s Finance Policy and Procedures.
This consultancy assignment seeks to modernize and future-proof EFL-s financial governance framework through to 2035. The selected firm will benchmark EFL-s policies against global best practices, address digital transformation, integrate ESG and climate finance principles, and ensure alignment with international financial reporting and auditing standards.
