Tenders are invited for The subject of this tender is the provision of consultancy service on planning of energy efficiency interventions and low-carbon strategies for the following services: • Analysis of good practices on energy efficiency, CO2 reduction and use low-carbon strategies, uploaded on the SUPPORT project website (www.interregeurope.eu/support) and/or on the project shared folder and identification of good practices that may be adapted to the Gozitan contest. • Development of a regional action plan, foreseen at least 1 main action related to energy efficiency intervention and 1 action related to monitoring activity. The action plan shall follow the requirements set by the Interreg Europe Programme of the European Commission and the terms of reference.
