In: Background: The Digital Agency offers Contracts for infrastructure operation etc. for the NemLog‑in‑Application, the Digital Agency's selected support systems and, in the long term, the AltID Application, as well as possibly other Applications within these areas. IN pursuant to LBKG no. 333 of 19 March 2025, the Digitalization Agency makes NemLog-in available to public authorities, bodies governed by public law and legal entities, and the Digitalization Agency is responsible for ensuring development, operation, management and maintenance of NemLog-in. The contract must thus support the Danish Agency for Digitalisation's continuation of the NemLog-in Application. The Ongoing Services, which must be delivered in accordance with the Contract, aim to support joint public, national IT solutions that affect a large number of Danish natural and legal persons. Below this, the NemLog‑in‑Application, which is covered by the Contract, has great social criticality due to its central importance for digital Denmark. The Danish Agency for Digitalisation wants i.a. therefore to achieve a secure, stable, up-to-date and cost-effective IT operation with flexibility for scaling up and down. Therefore, the Contract makes high demands on availability, scalability, flexibility and security. The tender of the Contract is carried out in close connection with the Digital Agency's upcoming tender for a contract for maintenance, management and further development, etc. of the NemLog-in Application.
