Competitive dialogue Tender for Agreement regarding Hybrid Onshore Power System at Port of Aalborg The tender is carried out by Port of Aalborg A/S, Vejdybet 16, 9220 Aalborg Øst, CVR. 12473192 (hereinafter "Port of Aalborg"), as pursuant to FVD art. 4, subsection 1, letter a is the contracting entity. The tender is carried out in accordance with Directive 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the procedures for concluding contracts in water and energy supply, transport and postal services and on the repeal of directive 2004/17/EC (hereinafter "FVD") art. 48 as a competitive dialogue. Prior to the tender, Port of Aalborg has conducted a market dialogue with, among others, potential suppliers. The market dialogue showed that Port of Aalborg's needs cannot be met without it adaptation of already available solutions, and that the Agreement includes design and innovative solutions. The assessment is, among other things, based on the fact that the Delivery is expected to be able to deliver shore power with high power peaks (up to approx. 2MW) and different voltage levels (bl.a. 400-450 V og 6, 6 kV), integrere et batterilager (BESS) og leveres med et kabelhåndteringssystem (CMS) egnet til drift i ATEX‑zone 2‑miljø ved oliehavnen. In view of this, the tender is carried out as a competitive dialogue. Port of Aalborg will prequalify three (3) applicants.
