Tender Details

This tender relates to a contract for the reception and treatment of the food waste fraction collected in ARGO's nine owner municipalities (hereinafter the "Contract").

The service includes receiving, checking, sorting, pre-treatment, biogasification of the Food Waste Division as well as processing and disposal of energy and residueproducts from the process.

ARGO itself is responsible for the transport to the receiving facility.

ARGO's owner municipalities consist of the following municipalities: Greve, Holbaek, Kalundborg, K0ge, Lejre, Odsherred, Roskilde, Solr0d and Stevns.

The detailed requirements for the Contract's services appear in the Contract and the associated annexes, includingthe requirement specification (Appendix 1).

The contract will be awarded to one supplier.

ARGO estimates the value of the contract for the entire agreement period, incl. the option period, to be a total of DKK 25 million. The estimated value is purely indicative and cannot be taken as an expression of a guaranteed future turnover.

ARGO expects to be able to deliver an annual quantity of 27, 000 tonnes of food waste per year. year. The volume can vary both upwards and downwards during the agreement period.

ARGO has chosen not to divide the Contract into sub-contracts, as this is considered the most appropriate solution, i.a. for the sake of minreduce the resource consumption associated with contract management and to get the most economically advantageous price.
