Tenders for the exterior renovation for Park Manor, 4720 32nd Street in Lloydminster SK will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Regina City Time, Wednesday, July 8, 2026. Deliver bids electronically to [email protected] . Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder. Description of the Work: Supply and install new insulation stops on the outside edge of the rafters in each attic (2 attics per unit). Supply and install new downspouts mounted on posts as further described in the scope of work. Tenders $100, 000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of a Certified Cheque (front and back), an Irrevocable Letter of Credit or a Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety- in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from SaskTenders. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
